Welcome Dylan Rose

I've been a little bit delinquent on posting blog pics but today I am finally getting around to getting a few put up. Meet Dylan Rose Eslick, our sweet baby girl that was born last week. She was born on 1/17/2012 at 7:17 and weighed 7 pounds 7 1/2 ounces and was 17 1/2 inches long. (We think 7 might be her lucky number) Her first couple days she tried to be stubborn and not eat. Also kept spitting up lots of crap ... born full of s$%# as my wise brother said. But third day finally came around and started eating like we all know someone with Pech genetics can do! She continues to eat more and more everyday and has gained some weight back that she lost. She has been pretty content and so far has gone easy on mom and dad. Lily is making the adjustment well...she was sick last week with tonsillitis and was out of sorts from that and all the shuffling around. But she is getting back into a routine and is learning to be gentle with Dylan. I have a feeling she will only continue to be more and more enamored with her little sister. I cannot believe how blessed we are!

As the tradition goes, second children usually get way less pictures and Dylan is no exception. We were a little unprepared for her to be here last week so not near as many pictures were taken. However, she looks so much like Lily did that I am sure I will be able to interchange some of the pictures to make it more even. ;)
